The CP 213f OD operates in the same fashion as other Kinetico backwashing filters. It uses no electricity and the twin-tanks ensure an uninterrupted supply of treated water for your business. The 213f comes with overdrive which means that both tanks are in operation at the same time giving you increased flow rates and smoother operation. Where chlorine removal is of concern the 213f OD with carbon is the perfect choice. These units are great in applications such as wineries, food manufacturing, hotels, restaurants or anywhere chlorine is undesirable in the water. Units equipped with Macrolite media provide excellent filtration on particles down to 5 microns. Both of these units have a peak flow rate of 20gpm and can process up to 13,000 gallons before backwashing (depending on water conditions).
